Sports is for development of physical, mental and emotional health of the students It is about the skills and capacities which need to be developed, to provide an outlet to their energy and make them more focused on achieving their goals. Badminton, Chess, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Cricket are some of the sports choices students have besides recreational games and Health and Hygiene Education.

Micro tests are given to understand the retention and understanding of the concepts. The lesson is reinforced through visual aids and students are guided in the thinking process.
